Sheila Greco- CEO & President


Sheila Greco is founder and President, of SGA Talent a certified minority owned premier recruiting and recruitment research firm. Committed to performance, quality and results, Ms. Greco is a proven leader with over 30 years of recruiting experience. In addition to managing the firm, she leads the firm’s engagements for senior level positions for many of the company’s long-standing clients with a particular expertise in professional services, healthcare, consumer packaged goods and manufacturing.

As an expert in the industry, she has developed trusted relationships with leaders of talent acquisition and human resources ranging from the Fortune 1000, start-ups, as well as emerging growth companies. Over the years, Sheila has earned a reputation as someone who delivers as an “honest and transparent partner”.

Previously, Sheila spent several years with Goodrich & Sherwood, an executive search company in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut. She began her career as a research associate and quickly climbed through the ranks and ultimately became a Director of Executive Search specializing in consumer packaged goods marketing and sales.

An alumna of Hartwick College, Sheila received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics. She continues to give back to Hartwick by volunteering her time to Hartwick students on topics such as internships, interviewing and the creation of their LinkedIn profiles. She is a member of the National Association of Executive Females, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), SCIP (Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals), Women in Technology International, and participated in many events sponsored by the New York State Special Olympics. She is a frequent speaker and contributor on the issues of human resources, recruiting and talent management. Sheila is a proud Board Member to Christian Brother’s Academy, Albany New York.


Joe Morse- Managing Director

Joe Morse draws upon decades of results oriented leadership, recruiting and recruitment research execution. As Managing Director, Joe provides strategic oversight and operational direction for the SGA Talent team and is intimately involved in nurturing the firm’s many long-term client and talent relationships. Having specialized in Financial Services, Technology, Engineering, Consumer Packaged Goods, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Non-Profit, Joe is recognized as an expert in our industry.  Additionally, Joe’s commitment to delivering value-added results regarding all aspects of the search process including identifying the entire potential talent pool and the recruiting process, clearly makes Joe a valued partner to his clients as well as the SGA Talent team.

Joe earned his MBA from the University of Albany and undergraduate from Plattsburgh State. When Joe is not working he is a Baseball Coach and Boys Scout Leader.


Anthony (Tony)  Carbone-Managing Director


Anthony (Tony) leads the recruiting practice at SGA Talent, focusing on recruiting both mid-level and senior-level executives.

For the past 20 years, Tony has built an impressive track record at SGA Talent, serving clients spanning multiple industries and earned a strong reputation for client service by being involved in every step of the recruiting process, strategically advising clients, the company’s internal team and candidates along the way. Tony along with managing continues to actively recruit for key positions mostly in professional services, business services, technology, financial services and retail.

His career with the firm began as a research associate specializing in business services and management consulting. Due to his hard work, dedication and passion, Tony quickly advanced through the ranks to his current leadership role.

Tony is a graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. When Tony is not working, he can be found on the sidelines as a football coach & Treasurer - Amsterdam Little Giants Football program,  and a proud soccer dad.


Tere Masters-  Senior Vice President, Research Support Services & Administrative Operations

Tere joined Sheila Greco Associates LLC in 1997 as an Administrative Assistant/right hand person to Sheila Greco.  Since that time Ms. Masters has taken the position of Vice President of Operations/Administrative Operations through several transitional stages.  Reporting directly to Sheila Greco, the Administrative Operations brings together many of the departments that provide central services relative to the overall operations and employment at the company.  This includes the management of the first line administrative services and research-on-demand staff as well as overseeing the preparation, analysis, negotiation and review of contracts related to the purchase or sales of the company’s services, and supplies.  Her job now not only entails every aspect of her “Office Czar” title, but she also has expansive sourcing and project management experience. 

Tere holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Tere is currently a member of Information Resource Management Association, as well as many other human resource and data management organizations.  She is also a Chairperson of Boy Scout Troop 51s Venture Crew and a committee member for the district.


Mary Maines - Senior Vice President

Mary is currently Senior Vice President Business Development SGA Talent. Joining SGA in 1998, Mary is a seasoned professional with 32 years sales experience with a strong human resources and professional services background. Mary is responsible for new business development and maintaining current client accounts at SGA within research, recruiting, competitive intelligence and SGA’s proprietary database tool SGA ExecutiveTracker. Mary generates revenue and has increased sales for the company by leading efforts to build current business relationships and drive new business for Executive Search firms and Corporations within their internal staffing, recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, business development, sales and marketing divisions.

Mary’s has acquired a strong client list of new business over the last three years to include- Samsung, TIAA-CREF, Xerox, IBM, Pier1 Imports, Bernard Hodes, Bank of America, Macys, Kincannon Reed, Crowe Horwath, BOK Financial and Ameriprise, as well as multiple others.
Mary attended Tallahassee Community College, in Florida and is very active in the March of Dimes and American Cancer Society walks, Dr Sheridan’s Breast Cancer Golf Tournament, PTA, Women’s Investment Club, South Side Women’s Bocce League and the past director of the Fort Johnson Youth Commission.
